We’ve been fitting this aluminium wheel to our bikes from the Swiss brand for a few years now. Equipped with the EX 511 rim, it has already proven itself and shines above the rest thanks to its strength and versatility.
Enduro, bike park or trail riding, it will roll everywhere with exceptional strength. This is down to manufacturing principles such as the welding of the ends of the profile which constitutes the most reliable assembly system.
The use of DT Competition Spokes with variable thickness coupled with the straightpull construction offers more resistance under stress while eliminating the weak points of the J-Bend construction.
The 350 hub makes an excellent choice for a wheel dedicated to tackling all types of terrain. With a simple construction weight is reduced while rolling is optimised. Hubs and freehub bodies have made DT SWISS more successful in recent years.
